1 liter cow's milk, lactose-free Light Santa Clara®
200 grams strawberries, sanitized
30 grams chia seeds
75 grams sugar
5 milliliters vanilla essence
1 baguette

Cut the tomato into 2-centimeter thick slices, season with salt and pepper.
Slice the avocado into thin slices.
Cut the baguette in half, add the tomato, avocado, and basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil. Place the other half on top and serve.
For the smoothie: Place the strawberries in a blender (without the stems), add sugar, vanilla, and milk. Blend well, pour into a tall glass, and sprinkle with chia. Garnish with a strawberry cut in half.
