The baguette is one of the most famous breads in French gastronomy, here we present you a delicious sandwich, with all the European influence. It is a sandwich accompanied by a delicious strawberry and chia smoothie, it is the perfect combination.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 3 roma tomatoes
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 bunches basil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 30 milliliters olive oil
  • 1 liter milk, lactose-free Ligth Santa Clara®
  • 200 grams strawberry, disinfected
  • 30 grams chia seed
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 5 milliliters liquid vanilla
  • 1 baguette

Preparation

Cut the tomato into 2 cm thick slices, season with salt and pepper.
Cut the avocado into thin slices.
Cut the baguette in half, add the tomato, avocado and basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil. Place the other lid and serve.
For the smoothie: Put the strawberries in a blender (without the stem), add sugar, vanilla and milk. Grind perfectly, pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with chia. Decorate with a strawberry cut in half.

PRESENTATION

Serve the cut baguette and accompany with the strawberry and chia smoothie.

TIPS

If you prefer, you can brown the sandwiches in the oven for a few minutes.
