Tuna and chipotle mousse

Delicious tuna mousse with chipotle, quick to make, but it needs time to set. Ideal for gatherings.

  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 can canned tuna in water, or tuna in oil
  • chipotle chile, canned without mill

  • Incorporate the gelatin with the beef broth by placing them in a container in the microwave to dissolve the gelatin for about 1 minute. When you take it out, stir it well so that the gelatin doesn't stick to the container.
  • Put the can of tuna, cream cheese, the warm broth with the dissolved gelatin, and add chipotle without seeds to taste in the blender.
  • Put all the mixture in a gelatin mold and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to set.
  • Remove from the refrigerator mold and unmold the mousse onto a plate.
