Incorporate the gelatin with the beef broth by placing them in a container in the microwave to dissolve the gelatin for about 1 minute. When you take it out, stir it well so that the gelatin doesn't stick to the container.
Put the can of tuna, cream cheese, the warm broth with the dissolved gelatin, and add chipotle without seeds to taste in the blender.
Put all the mixture in a gelatin mold and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to set.
Remove from the refrigerator mold and unmold the mousse onto a plate.
