Tuna and chipotle mousse

Delicious tuna mousse with chipotle, quick to make itself that it has to be done in time for it to set. Ideal for meetings.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 can beef bouillon
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1 on gelatin
  • 1 can tuna in water, or tuna in oil
  • to taste chipotle chili, of tin without se mile

Preparation

Incorporate the grenetina with the beef consome by putting them in a container in the microwave to undo the grenetina 1 min approx. when removing, stir well so that the grenetina does not stick to the container.
Put in the blender the tuna can, the cream cheese, the consomme with the warm grenetina fresh out of the micro and add chipotle without seed to taste
Put the whole mixture in a container for gelatin and refrigerate it for at least 6 hours to set.
Remove from the mold of the refrigerator and unmold the mousse in a platon.

TIPS

It can be served with crackers.
