This tuna crown with cream cheese is a very easy recipe, with a delicious combination of flavors, a creamy texture, and it’s perfect for preparing during the holidays. This recipe is ideal to pair with Strongbow® Gold.

Chop the onion, bell pepper, cilantro, and parsley finely. Set aside.
Mix the red onion with the bell pepper, cilantro, parsley, red serrano chili, cream cheese, canned tuna, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Use a bundt-shaped mold, line it internally with plastic wrap, and pour in the cheese mixture you prepared. Distribute well in the mold and refrigerate for one hour.
Unmold the crown onto a platter, top with scallions, and distribute the green olives, black olives, kalamata olives, and red bell pepper. Decorate the plate with rosemary and serve with baked pita bread.
