Tuna Crown with Cream Cheese

This tuna crown with cream cheese is a very easy recipe, with a delicious combination of flavors, a creamy texture, and it’s perfect for preparing during the holidays. This recipe is ideal to pair with Strongbow® Gold.

  • 1/2 cups red onion
  • 1 cup bell pepper, baked
  • 1/2 cups cilantro
  • 1/2 cups parsley
  • 1/2 cups red jalapeno pepper, pickled, sliced
  • 2 cups cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 cups canned tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup chives, finely chopped, for garnish
  • 1/2 cups green olives, for garnish
  • 1/2 cups black olives, for garnish
  • 1/2 cups kalamata olive, for garnish
  • 1/2 cups red bell pepper, cut into small cubes, for garnish
  • rosemary, for garnish
  • pita bread, baked, for serving

  • Chop the onion, bell pepper, cilantro, and parsley finely. Set aside.
  • Mix the red onion with the bell pepper, cilantro, parsley, red serrano chili, cream cheese, canned tuna, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Use a bundt-shaped mold, line it internally with plastic wrap, and pour in the cheese mixture you prepared. Distribute well in the mold and refrigerate for one hour.
  • Unmold the crown onto a platter, top with scallions, and distribute the green olives, black olives, kalamata olives, and red bell pepper. Decorate the plate with rosemary and serve with baked pita bread.
  • Serve the tuna crown with cream cheese with Strongbow® Gold.
