Tuna Mousse

This tuna mousse is very tasty and super original for snacking with your friends while watching a game or just on a casual day; if you really like tuna, this is a good option.

  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 can tuna
  • 190 grams cream cheese 190 grams cream cheese

  • Lightly grease a plastic mold (500 ml). Set aside.
  • Lightly heat the broth, dissolve the gelatin.
  • Blend the rest of the ingredients with the broth and gelatin. Pour into the mold and refrigerate until set.
  • Separate the sides with the help of a knife and flip onto the serving plate, decorate with cilantro, serrano chili, and serve with crackers.
