Turkey Bagel with Pumpkin

This turkey bagel with pumpkin recipe is completely delicious; you can prepare it with your preferred dressing, whether it's mayonnaise, mustard, or cream cheese.

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 4 slices turkey
  • 1 pumpkin

  • Slice the bagels in half.
  • Cut the pumpkin into slices and place them in a skillet with oil. Add salt and pepper and stir until cooked.
  • Slice the tomato and onion.
  • Spread your preferred dressing on the bagels (mayonnaise), add a layer of lettuce, then the turkey, the pumpkin, tomato, onion, and another layer of lettuce on top.
  • Cover the bagel with the top half and heat in the toaster oven for 5 minutes.
