Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 bagels
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 4 slices turkey
  • 1 pumpkin
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Split the bagels in half.
Cut the pumpkin into slices and place them in a pan with oil. Add salt and pepper and stir until cooked.
Cut the tomato and onion into slices.
Add the dressing of your choice to the bagels (mayonnaise), put a layer of lettuce, then the turkey, pumpkins, tomato, onion and another layer of lettuce on top.
Cover the bagel with the top cover and heat in the oven for 5 minutes.
