Cheese fondue is a super simple and delicious dish for a casual dinner. This recipe is made with Gruyere cheese, Gouda, and touches of Riesling white wine.

1/2 cups Gruyère cheese
1/3 cups Gouda cheese
pinches cayenne pepper
pinches black pepper, freshly ground
3/4 cups white wine, Riesling type
1 tablespoon flour

Cut the cheeses into 1-centimeter cubes and coat them with flour, cayenne pepper, and freshly ground pepper.
Put the wine in the fondue pot and wait for it to boil over medium-low heat.
Add the cheese and let it melt, stirring a little, for 5 minutes.
Place the fondue over a candle flame and serve immediately with bread cut into pieces.
