The cheese fondue is a super simple and delicious dish for a casual dinner. This recipe is prepared with gruyere cheese, gouda and touches of riesling white wine.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of Gruyere cheese
  • 1/3 of Cup of Gouda cheese
  • pinches of Cayenne pepper
  • pinches of black pepper freshly ground
  • 3/4 of Cup of White wine Riesling type
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • bread baguettes in pieces

    Preparation

    Cut the cheeses into cubes of 1 centimeter and cover them with flour, cayenne pepper and freshly ground pepper.
    Put the wine in the fondue container and wait for it to boil over medium-low heat.
    Add the cheese and let it melt, stirring a little, for 5 minutes.
    Put the fondue on the flame of a candle and serve immediately with bread cut into pieces.

    Buena receta Esta receta esta súper fácil de hacer!! Como no encontré queso gruyere lo hice con queso edam y también quedo delicioso.
