Preparation
Cut the cheeses into cubes of 1 centimeter and cover them with flour, cayenne pepper and freshly ground pepper.
Put the wine in the fondue container and wait for it to boil over medium-low heat.
Add the cheese and let it melt, stirring a little, for 5 minutes.
Put the fondue on the flame of a candle and serve immediately with bread cut into pieces.
