2 packages Extra Special Goat Cheese®, 200g each
1 cup artichoke heart, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup cranberries
1 cup pistachio Extra Special®, chopped
1 teaspoon Great Value® plain salt
1/2 tablespoons pepper
1 package saltine crackers, to serve

In a blender, blend the cream cheese and goat cheese until creamy, add the artichoke hearts, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the cheese onto plastic wrap and roll it up, refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
Remove the cheese from the refrigerator and, using a spatula, smooth the surface.
Place the pistachios on top of the cheese roll, alternating with blueberries. Serve with crackers. Buy HERE
