Two Cheese Roll with Pistachios and Blueberries

  • 2 packages Great Value® cream cheese, 227g each
  • 2 packages Extra Special Goat Cheese®, 200g each
  • 1 cup artichoke heart, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 cup pistachio Extra Special®, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Great Value® plain salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons pepper
  • 1 package saltine crackers, to serve

  • In a blender, blend the cream cheese and goat cheese until creamy, add the artichoke hearts, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the cheese onto plastic wrap and roll it up, refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
  • Remove the cheese from the refrigerator and, using a spatula, smooth the surface.
