Vampire Pumpkin

This Halloween recipe is an excellent snack, ideal for sharing on October 31st. This vampire pumpkin will entertain and delight your friends with its delicious guacamole filling and tortilla chips. Don't miss it!

  • 1 kilo avocado, for the guacamole
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, or whipping cream, for the guacamole
  • 1 onion, finely chopped, for the guacamole
  • 50 grams cilantro, finely chopped, for the guacamole
  • salt, for the guacamole
  • 3 limes, for the guacamole
  • 3 serrano chiles, finely chopped, for the guacamole
  • 1 winter squash, for decoration
  • tortillas, blue corn, for tortilla chips

  • Wash and disinfect the vegetables.
  • Chop the onion into small cubes, remove the seeds from the serrano chili and chop into small cubes, finely chop the cilantro and squeeze the juice from the limes, set aside.
  • In a bowl, add the avocado pulp and with the help of a fork or masher, mash it and add whipping cream, onion, cilantro, serrano chili, lime juice, stir and set aside.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Finally, fill the pumpkin with the guacamole and decorate with tortilla chips.
