Vegetable Bundt Cake with Chamoy and Spicy Candies

This is a fun and different way to eat vegetables, with a tasty chamoy sauce. It's very crunchy from the peanuts and soft from the spicy gummy candies. Prepare it for your parties and special events; you only need jicama, cucumber, and carrot to make this practical and delicious easy snack recipe.

  • 4 cups jicama, peeled, disinfected, dried, and grated
  • 4 cups cucumber, washed, disinfected, dried, and grated
  • 4 cups carrot, washed, disinfected, dried, and grated
  • 1 cup mango, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups spicy gummies
  • 1/2 cups cracker nuts
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 1/2 cups chamoy
  • 2 tablespoons chile powder

  • Line a bundt pan with plastic wrap. Place a layer of jicama, a layer of cucumber, and a layer of carrot, forming three layers. Refrigerate.
