Vegetarian Quinoa Meatballs

  • 1 cup quinoa, cooked

  • Sauté the finely chopped onion, parsley, red pepper, and garlic with oil in a pan.
  • Add the quinoa, mix well, and sauté. Add soy sauce to taste and stir well to integrate with the quinoa. About 3 minutes.
  • Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend, adding breadcrumbs to thicken it a bit.
  • Let the mixture cool.
  • Once cooled, shape the meatballs, then coat them in flour.
  • Fry in Oléico® Oil until crispy. Remove from the oil and place on paper towels to absorb excess grease.
