I share this rich and easy recipe of vegetarian quinoa meatballs. It is an excellent alternative for those who want to lose weight or looking for a healthy dish. Consenting your family with this delicious recipe, it will become one of your favorite dishes.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 cup quinoa, Cooked
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1/2 red peppers
  • 1 bunch parsley, washed and disinfected
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Oil Oleic®
  • 1 cup flour, to coat the meatballs

Preparation

Poach the onion, parsley, red pepper and finely chopped garlic with the oil in a pan.
Add the quinoa, mix well and sauté. Add the soy sauce to taste and stir well, so that it is integrated with the quinoa. About 3 minutes
Pass the mixture to the glass of the blender and beat, adding bread crumbs to thicken a little.
Let this dough cool.
When it is cold, form the meatballs, then coat in flour.
Fry in Oléico® Oil until crisp. Remove the oil and place on kitchen paper to remove excess fat.

TIPS

If you want you can add a little chile serrano at the time of making the meatballs.
