  • 60 grams whole-wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 100 grams Chihuahua cheese

  • Mix the flours with the butter and baking powder and knead until you have a non-sticky elastic ball.
  • Grate the cheese and mix it with the ball until well incorporated.
  • Cut the ball into about 10 small balls.
  • Place parchment paper on a baking tray, butter the paper.
  • Flatten the balls on the paper so they are separated and about half a centimeter thick. Sprinkle with basil.
