70 grams wheat flour
60 grams whole-wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 grams unsalted butter
100 grams Chihuahua cheese
sea salt
pepper
dried basil

Mix the flours with the butter and baking powder and knead until you have a non-sticky elastic ball.
Grate the cheese and mix it with the ball until well incorporated.
Cut the ball into about 10 small balls.
Place parchment paper on a baking tray, butter the paper.
Flatten the balls on the paper so they are separated and about half a centimeter thick. Sprinkle with basil.
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes at medium heat (180 degrees)
