12 pink clam, large
3 tablespoons onion
3 tablespoons parsley
1 serrano chile, finely chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Maggi seasoning sauce
1/4 cups lime juice
1 teaspoon red hot sauce

Carefully remove the clams from their shells. Reserve the shells and arrange them on a platter. Chop the clams and place them in a glass bowl.
Add salt and pepper to the clams. Drizzle with olive oil, lime, chili, hot sauce, onion, and Maggi seasoning. Stir and taste.
Distribute this mixture into the shells along with the juice. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
