Acapulco Fish

Delicious Acapulco-style fish. With Philadelphia cheese, vegetables, and soy. It’s a very fresh recipe for preparing fish, but it will impress you how tasty it turns out.

  • 1 cup carrot , chopped
  • 1/2 cups celery, chopped
  • 1 cup button mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, raw in strips
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 4 fish fillets , Nile White
  • 1 cup tamarind pods, peeled and boneless
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup water

  • In a skillet, place the chopped vegetables and cook them.
  • Spread cream cheese on the fish fillets.
  • Stuff them with the cooked vegetables.
  • Roll the fillets and secure them with toothpicks.
  • Place them in a baking dish and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and cut the fish roll into slices 1-2 cm thick.
  • For the sauce: Add tamarind pulp to a pot.
  • Add the cup of water and bring to a boil.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and stir.
  • Remove the pot from the heat and wait for the sauce to cool slightly. Blend and serve over the fish rolls.
