1 cup carrot , chopped
1/2 cups celery, chopped
1 cup button mushrooms, chopped
1 cup spinach, raw in strips
2 tablespoons cream cheese
4 fish fillets , Nile White
1 cup tamarind pods, peeled and boneless
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 cup water

In a skillet, place the chopped vegetables and cook them.
Spread cream cheese on the fish fillets.
Stuff them with the cooked vegetables.
Roll the fillets and secure them with toothpicks.
Place them in a baking dish and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cut the fish roll into slices 1-2 cm thick.
For the sauce: Add tamarind pulp to a pot.
Add the cup of water and bring to a boil.
Add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and stir.
Remove the pot from the heat and wait for the sauce to cool slightly. Blend and serve over the fish rolls.
