Peel and devein the shrimp, cut them in half, rinse them, and drain them very well, place them in a bowl and spray them with 4 shots of PAM® Olive, add 1 cup of lime juice (try to ensure the lime juice covers the shrimp), wait 10 minutes.
Add the seasoning juice, wait another 5 minutes. Drain and add salt, pepper, 1 ½ cups of finely chopped cucumber, chopped cilantro, and chopped onion.
Blend the chili, the rest of the chopped cucumber, one cup of lime juice, and salt to taste. Add this sauce to the shrimp and mix.
