  • Pam® Olive, extra virgin olive oil spray
  • 1 kilo medium-sized shrimp, raw
  • 3 cups cucumber, finely chopped
  • 120 grams red onion, finely chopped
  • 10 teaspoons parsley , chopped
  • 5 teaspoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 10 serrano chiles
  • 2 cups lemon juice , seedless
  • 12 tostadas
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning sauce
  • salt

  • Peel and devein the shrimp, cut them in half, rinse them, and drain them very well, place them in a bowl and spray them with 4 shots of PAM® Olive, add 1 cup of lime juice (try to ensure the lime juice covers the shrimp), wait 10 minutes.
  • Add the seasoning juice, wait another 5 minutes. Drain and add salt, pepper, 1 ½ cups of finely chopped cucumber, chopped cilantro, and chopped onion.
  • Blend the chili, the rest of the chopped cucumber, one cup of lime juice, and salt to taste. Add this sauce to the shrimp and mix.
