  • Pam® Olive, extra virgin olive oil in spray
  • 1 kilo medium-sized shrimp, raw
  • 3 cups cucumber, finely chopped
  • 120 grams red onion, finely chopped
  • 10 teaspoons parsley, chopped
  • 5 teaspoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 10 serrano chiles
  • 2 cups lime juice, without seeds
  • 12 tostadas
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning sauce
  • salt

  • Peel and devein the shrimp, cut them in half, rinse and drain them well, place them in a bowl and sprinkle with 4 shots of PAM® Oliva, add 1 cup of lemon juice, (try to cover the shrimp with lemon juice) , wait 10 minutes.
  • Add the seasoning juice, wait another 5 minutes. Drain and add salt, pepper, 1 ½ cup finely chopped cucumber, chopped cilantro and chopped onion.
  • Blend the chili, the rest of chopped cucumber, a cup of lemon juice and salt to taste. Add this sauce to the shrimp and mix.
