Using the Kitchen Central®, grind the almonds for 2 minutes until you have a sandy texture, but not completely ground.
Place the almonds on a plate and mix with paprika until integrated.
On a cutting board, season the fish with salt and pepper. Brush with Dijon mustard and coat with the almonds, pressing down well to cover both sides of the fish fillet. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Spray a little oil on the fish fillet.
Place in the Cuisinart® Air Fryer on Nugget mode for 10 minutes.
Serve on a deep plate, first placing the lettuce, then the radish, on top the fish, and garnish with parsley. Serve with lemon.
