Clean fillets, place in a refractory where they are going to bake, in a bowl put the tablespoons of butter with salt of grain, pepper and spices to taste, stir and season the fillets.
In a pan pass all the vegetables (already seasoned to taste) with sesame oil so that they remain crispy and let cool.
Preheat the oven to 150C
Before putting in the oven put all the cold vegetables on top of the fish and bake for 25 mins.
Serve hot.
