Clean the fillets, place them in a baking dish where they will be baked, in a bowl mix the tablespoons of butter with coarse salt, pepper, and spices to taste, stir and season the fillets.
In a pan, sauté all the vegetables (already seasoned to taste) in sesame oil until they are crisp, then let them cool.
Preheat the oven to 150°C
Before putting it in the oven, place all the cooled vegetables on top of the fish and bake for 25 mins.
Serve hot.
