Baked Fish Fillet

Baked fish fillets, delicious and spectacular flavor. The oven allows all the ingredients to blend with the fish in a delightful way.

  • 6 sea bass fillet
  • 200 grams bean germ
  • 1 leek, thinly sliced
  • 200 grams button mushrooms, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter , to taste

  • Clean the fillets, place them in a baking dish where they will be baked, in a bowl mix the tablespoons of butter with coarse salt, pepper, and spices to taste, stir and season the fillets.
  • In a pan, sauté all the vegetables (already seasoned to taste) in sesame oil until they are crisp, then let them cool.
  • Preheat the oven to 150°C
  • Before putting it in the oven, place all the cooled vegetables on top of the fish and bake for 25 mins.
  • Serve hot.
