Baked Fish Fillets

This baked fish fillet is incredibly delicious and healthy, you can accompany it with any side dish you like.

1 potato
1 onion
1 green bell pepper
extra virgin olive oils
salt
ground peppers

In a baking tray, create a bed of sliced potatoes.
On top of the potatoes, add the onion and green pepper.
Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Bake for a short time. We will have it in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Place the fish fillets on top of the vegetables.
Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and a bit of fine wine.
Bake at 170 degrees for about 20 more minutes, until the fish is tender.
