Baked Fish Fillets

This baked fish fillet is incredibly delicious and healthy, you can accompany it with any side dish you like.

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 potato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • extra virgin olive oils
  • salt
  • ground peppers
  • wine, fine

  • In a baking tray, create a bed of sliced potatoes.
  • On top of the potatoes, add the onion and green pepper.
  • Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
  • Bake for a short time. We will have it in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Place the fish fillets on top of the vegetables.
  • Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and a bit of fine wine.
  • Bake at 170 degrees for about 20 more minutes, until the fish is tender.
