This baked fish fillet is incredibly delicious and healthy, you can accompany it with the garnish you prefer.

Place a bed of sliced potatoes on a baking sheet.
On top of the potatoes we put the onion and the green pepper.
Season and sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil.
We give a quick baking. We will have it about 30 minutes at 180 degrees (356F).
On the vegetable we put the fish fillets.
Sprinkle with a little extra virgin olive oil and a little fine wine.
We bake at 170 degrees (338F) for 20 more minutes, until we see the fish become tender.
