Baked Salmon with Vegetables

It is an exquisite recipe that can be eaten during Lent or any other day.

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • garlic salt
  • 1/2 kilos carrot, cut into julienne
  • 1/2 kilos chayote, peeled and cut into julienne
  • 1/2 kilos potato, cut into julienne
  • 1 red onion, in julienne
  • 1/2 kilos pumpkin, cut into julienne
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into julienne
  • pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C, in a baking dish place all the vegetables cut into julienne, after placing them in the dish add a little pepper and salt to taste.
  • First, marinate the salmon fillets with a little garlic salt and once marinated, place them on top of the vegetables and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Once covered with aluminum foil, place it in the oven and leave it for 30 minutes, remove it and you can serve it with white rice soup or whatever you prefer.
