Salsa Huichol
This aguachile is characterized by being marinated with charred chiles and Huichol® Black Sauce, which gives it its distinctive color. For this version, we prepared it with fish and it is accompanied by avocado, onion, and other vegetables.

15 Habanero chiles
1/2 cups orange juice, natural
1/2 cups lime juice, natural
1 pinch salt
1/2 cups Salsa Huichol® black sauce
400 grams sea bass, cut into large cubes
1 cup red onion
1/2 cups cucumber, sliced into half moons
1 avocado, in slabs
1/2 cups cilantro, finely chopped
1 radish, in slices
sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, for garnish
Preparation

Low
Roast the habanero peppers until completely charred and turn black.
Blend the chiles with orange juice, lime juice, and salt, strain, and add the Huichol® Black Sauce.
Marinate the fish in the black sauce for 5 minutes.
Serve the aguachile with red onion, cucumber, avocado, chopped cilantro; garnish with radish and alfalfa sprouts.
