Breaded Fish Tacos

Breaded fish fillet tacos, marinated in beer, that both kids and adults love at home. It’s an easy dish to prepare with a rich, mild flavor and a crunchy texture. Give them a try.

  • In a baking dish, pour the flour.
  • Then add the beer and beat until you get a pasty consistency; if it needs more flour, you can add more.
  • Add the teaspoons of broth powder, and if you want, you can add more to taste.
  • Keep beating, and it will start to puff up, but that's normal.
  • Finally, add the ground oregano.
  • Once the mixture is ready, in a pot with plenty of hot oil, dip the fish sticks in the mixture little by little so they don't stick together.
  • Then heat the corn tortillas and enjoy the delicious tacos. Pair them with your preferred salsa (I make it with bandera and lemon with cream); they taste amazing.
