1 teaspoon lime juice, for the mayonnaise
1 tablespoon árbol chile sauce, for the mayonnaise
1/2 cups soy milk, for the mayonnaise
1 cup sunflower oil, for the mayonnaise

Process the Tostitos Salsa Verde® and set aside.
Dust the shrimp with flour.
Dip the shrimp in egg and coat them in the crushed Tostitos Salsa Verde®.
Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the shrimp.
For the mayonnaise, blend the vinegar with the lemon juice, the árbol chili sauce, the milk, and while blending, add the sunflower oil in a thin stream.
On a Tostito, add a little mayonnaise, place the shrimp, and enjoy.
