Breaded Shrimp with árbol Chili Mayonnaise without Egg

  • 1 bag Tostitos® green salsa tortilla chips, 240 g
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 25 shrimp
  • 2 eggs, shake
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, for the mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice, for the mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon árbol chile sauce, for the mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups soy milk, for the mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sunflower oil, for the mayonnaise

  • Process the Tostitos Salsa Verde® and set aside.
  • Dust the shrimp with flour.
  • Dip the shrimp in egg and coat them in the crushed Tostitos Salsa Verde®.
  • Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the shrimp.
  • For the mayonnaise, blend the vinegar with the lemon juice, the árbol chili sauce, the milk, and while blending, add the sunflower oil in a thin stream.
  • On a Tostito, add a little mayonnaise, place the shrimp, and enjoy.
