Breaded Trout with Mustards and Herbs

2 slices multigrain bread
2 trout fillets
spray oil, pam
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoons dried tarragon
1/4 teaspoons paprika
2 limes, sliced

Preheat the oven to 450F or 230 degrees Celsius.
Put the slices of bread in the food processor. Pulse until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Spray cooking spray in a skillet and then place the trout fillets skin side down.
Mix the mustard and tarragon and spread it over the fish. Sprinkle it with the breadcrumbs and paprika. Put a little PAM on top.
Place it on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Serve it with lemon slices.
