A healthy recipe for cooking trout (or some other fish) with a light breaded and flavored with mustard and tarragon.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 slices multigrain box bread
  • 2 trout fillets
  • cooking spray, pam
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons dry tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 lemons, sliced

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 450F or 230 centigrade.
Put slices of bread in the food processor. Press until it's like crushed bread.
Put cooking spray in a pan and then put the trout fillets with the skin facing down.
Mix the mustard and tarragon and put it on the fish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika. Put some PAM on top.
Put it on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
Serve with the lemon slices.
