Breaded Tuna Croquettes

Delicious and super healthy tuna croquettes, they are super easy to make and kids love them.

  • olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chile
  • salt
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup canned tuna in water, well drained
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups breadcrumbs
  • 4 cups tomato purée
  • 200 grams vegetable salad

  • In a pan with olive oil, sauté the onion with the chopped chili, season with salt.
  • In a medium bowl, place the mashed potatoes, add the flaked tuna, salt, chopped parsley, onion, 2 eggs, a splash of olive oil, season to taste, and mix well.
  • Shape the croquettes, dipping them in egg and coating them with breadcrumbs.
  • Brown the croquettes in a pan, turning them over.
  • Place the patties on absorbent paper to drain well.
  • Serve with a little salad
