1 cup canned tuna in water, well drained
2 tablespoons parsley
2 eggs
4 cups breadcrumbs
4 cups tomato purée
200 grams vegetable salad

In a pan with olive oil, brown the onion with the chopped chile, season with salt
In a medium bowl, place the mashed potatoes, add the tuna, salt, chopped parsley, onion, 2 eggs, 1 drizzle of olive oil, season to taste and mix well.
To form the croquettes, passing them by egg and rebozándolas with ground bread
Brown the croquettes in a pan, turn and turn.
Put the pancakes on absorbent paper to drain well
Serve with a little salad
