Bruschetta with Cod Ceviche

This is a bruschetta recipe with cod ceviche that can be used as a delicious snack.

  • 4 slices wholemeal bread
  • 200 grams Langa® cod fillet without skin
  • 1/2 avocados
  • 2 radishes
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tomato, hard
  • 1/2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, and cilantro
  • 1/4 green bell peppers

  • Soak the Langa cod loin overnight in water in the refrigerator.
  • For the pickling, peel the lime down to the pulp and cut it into small cubes, peel the tomato and also cut it into small cubes.
  • Mix these two ingredients with the garlic, finely chopped onion, parsley, and cilantro, salt, and 1/4 green pepper to make the pickling.
  • Cut the fish into thin slices and place it on a large plate with all the pickling ingredients.
  • Mix and marinate in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  • Toast the slices of bread and cut them to taste.
  • Place the pickled fish on the toasted bread slices.
  • Add the chopped radish and avocado cut into small cubes.
