Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 200 grams of loin of cod Langa
  • 1/2 piece of avocado
  • 2 pieces of radish
  • 1 piece of yellow lemon
  • 1 piece of tomato hard
  • 1/2 clove of garlic chopped
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 2 spoonfuls of parsley and cilantro
  • 1/4 of piece of green bell pepper

    Preparation

    Desalinate loin of cod Langa overnight in water inside the refrigerator
    For pickling, peel the lime to the pulp, chop it into small cubes, peel the tomato and even chop it into small cubes
    Mix these two ingredients with the finely chopped onion garlic, parsley and cilantro, salt and 1/4 green pepper to make the pickle.
    You have to cut the fish into thin slices and put it on a large plate with all the pickle ingredients
    Mix and marinate in the freezer for 5 minutes
    Toast the slices of bread and cut them to taste
    Place the pickled fish on the slices of toast
    Add the chopped radish and avocado split into small cubes.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with slices of lime or lemon.

    TIPS
