200 grams cucumber, cut into strips
300 grams smoked salmon, cut into strips
200 grams avocado, cut into strips

For assembling the rolls, wet your hands and put a layer of rice over the plastic sheet and the bamboo mat, making a square
Place the seaweed over the rice
Put the filling: avocado, cucumber, and salmon, and roll it up
Pass over the sesame seeds. Cut with a very sharp knife.
