Place a sheet of seaweed in front of you with the smooth and shiny side down. If the sheet is a rectangle, the long side should be facing you.
Wet your fingers with a little water, and place 1/2 cup of rice on the seaweed, covering the entire seaweed except for a 2 cm wide strip on the long side facing you.
Place the swordfish roe on the rice to look like in the photo.
Prepare a bamboo mat to make sushi with plastic wrap and place the seaweed sheet with the rice side down on it.
Now make a line in the center of the seaweed with the filling: crab, cucumber, and avocado.
Roll the sushi using the bamboo mat and pressing little by little to create a firm sushi roll. The rice should be on the outside of the sushi and the filling on the inside.
