Capers Salmon Fillet

Delicious and easy recipe to impress with salmon fillets.

  • 6 salmon fillet, with skin
  • 1 jar capers
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil

  • Wash the salmon fillets well and dry.
  • Place the fillets skin-side down in a pyrex. No need to grease it beforehand.
  • In a food processor or blender, blend the capers, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Pour over the salmon fillets.
  • Cover a pyrex with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200°C or until golden brown. They should be semi-cooked inside to prevent drying out.
  • Ready!
