6 salmon fillet, with skin
1 jar capers
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil

Wash the salmon fillets well and dry.
Place the fillets skin-side down in a pyrex. No need to grease it beforehand.
In a food processor or blender, blend the capers, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil.
Pour over the salmon fillets.
Cover a pyrex with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200°C or until golden brown. They should be semi-cooked inside to prevent drying out.
