  • 50 grams pink shrimp, cooked
  • 50 grams octopus, cooked
  • 10 clams
  • 1/2 kilos shrimp
  • 6 fresh oyster
  • 50 grams snail, chopped
  • 1/2 cups fish, diced
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 250 grams tomato, peeled, seedless, and diced
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 Jalapeño chiles, chopped
  • 1/2 cups lime juice

  • Place the fish with 1/2 cup of lime juice, tomato, 1 tablespoon of cilantro, 1/2 onion, jalapeño peppers, salt, and pepper. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
