A Campecheno cocktail is classic from the state of Sinaloa, with the mixture of so many seafood has all the flavors and textures that complement and delight anyone.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 50 grams of cheap shrimp Cooked
  • 50 grams of octopus Cooked
  • 10 clams
  • 1/2 kilo of shrimp
  • 6 fresh oysters
  • 50 grams of snail chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of fish cut into cubes
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup of onion chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of coriander
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of black pepper
  • 250 grams of tomato peeled, seeded and cut into cubes
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped
  • 3 jalapeno Peppers chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice

    Preparation

    Put the fish with 1/2 cup of lemon juice, tomato, 1 tablespoon of cilantro, 1/2 onion, jalapeño peppers, salt and pepper. Let stand for 10 minutes.
    Add the other ingredients and serve immediately.
