Ceviche Cups

Ceviches are a very typical preparation in places like beaches or warm regions. These original ceviche cups are a very quick preparation, as they consist of snapper fillet prepared with vinegar and lemon, a touch of olive oil, and mixed with tomato, sliced red onion, manzano chili, avocado, and oregano, which will have an incredible flavor. It's the perfect snack for the warm season.

  • 1/2 kilos sea bass fillet, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups lime juice, for marinating the fish
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for marinating the fish
  • 1/2 cups tomato, cut into small seedless cubes
  • 1/2 cups red onion, cut into small cubes
  • 2 manzano chiles, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 avocado, in a fan shape for garnish
  • 1 radish, cut into slices for garnish

  • In a bowl, mix the fish cubes with lemon juice, olive oil, and a little salt. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour so that the lemon changes the fish's consistency.
  • Mix the fish with the tomato, cucumber, red onion, manzano chili, and season with oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the ceviche in cups, garnish with a fan of avocado and radish. Accompany with crackers and enjoy.
