Easy Fish Ceviche

The best part about ceviches is that you don't have to cook anything, just put everything in a bowl, refrigerate, and you're done. This fish ceviche will delight everyone and will taste even better if you make it the night before, I guarantee it.

  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 3/4 cups lime juice
  • 400 grams white fish, (snook) cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups red onion
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • 1/2 cucumbers, peeled and seeded, in cubes
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped

  • Marinate the fish with lime juice for 30 minutes in the refrigerator until it turns white.
  • In a separate bowl, mix Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth, onion, tomato, cucumber, and cilantro.
  • Combine the fish without the juice with the previous mixture.
  • Serve cold accompanied by baked corn tostadas.
