The best part of the ceviches is that you do not have to cook anything, put everything in a bowl, refrigerate and go. This fish ceviche will please everyone and will be better if you do it the night before, I guarantee it.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® chicken bouillon
  • 3/4 cups lemon juice
  • 400 grams white fish, (sea bass) cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups red onion
  • 1 roma tomato
  • 1/2 cucumbers, peeled and seeded, cubed
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, finely chopped

Preparation

Marinate the fish with the lemon juice for 30 minutes in refrigeration until it turns white.
In a separate bowl, mix the Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth, onion, tomato, cucumber and cilantro.
Combine the fish without the juice together with the previous mixture.
Serve cold with baked corn toast.

TIPS

If you want to serve it, you can sprinkle a little more lemon juice.
