  • 4 red tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • fresh cilantro, chopped
  • soy sauce
  • lime juice
  • orange juice
  • sesame oils
  • avocados
  • tostadas, or crackers

  • Combine the onion, tomato, cilantro, and tuna.
  • In a bowl, mix the soy sauce with the lemon and orange juices, add the sesame oil and emulsify.
  • Pour the liquid mixture over the tuna and other ingredients.
