Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos tuna, fresh, chopped
  • 4 red tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • fresh coriander, chopped
  • soy sauce
  • lemon juice
  • orange juice
  • sesame oils
  • avocados
  • fried or toasted corn tortilla, or cookies

Preparation

Integrates onions, cilantro tomatoes and tuna.
In a bowl mix the soy sauce with the lemon and orange juices, add the sesame oil and emulsion.
Pour the mixture of liquids to tuna and other ingredients.

PRESENTATION

Serve on toast or biscuits with avocado.

TIPS

You can add grated carrot or celery.
