  • 1 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomato, diced
  • 1 cup avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups jicama, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups surimi, diced
  • 1 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 cup La Botanera® sauce very spicy
  • 1 tablespoon Chilito La Botanera®
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • avocado, sliced
  • tortilla chips, for garnish

  • In a bowl, mix the onion, avocado, cucumber, jicama, surimi, cilantro, very spicy Salsa la Botanera®, Chilito la Botanera®, and lime juice. Then, season and mix the surimi ceviche until well combined.
