Tropical Ceviche

This delicious tilapia ceviche with mango, apple, and ginger. I love to improvise in the kitchen: if I don't have red onion, I use green onion, for example. I open the fridge and see what I can cook. And that's how new tasty dishes like this ceviche come about. I hope you enjoy it!
