This delicious tilapia ceviche with mango, apple and ginger. I love to improvise in the kitchen: if I do not have purple onions, I use tail onions, for example. I open the refrigerator and I see that I can cook. And in that way new tasty dishes like this ceviche emerge. I hope you like it!

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 300 grams of tilapia fillet cut into cubes
  • 100 grams of mango cut into small cubes
  • 100 grams of green apple cut into small cubes
  • 50 grams of onion cut into small cubes
  • 10 grams of ground ginger or grated natural
  • 1 piece of serrano pepper chopped, to taste
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of White pepper
  • 100 grams of coriander chopped, to taste

    Preparation

    Marinade the fish with lemon juice, onion and salt for approximately 5 minutes.
    Add the mango, the green apple, the ginger, the pepper, the cilantro, the olive oil and mix well.
    Serve with toast and enjoy the taste!

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with cilantro.
