This delicious tilapia ceviche with mango, apple and ginger. I love to improvise in the kitchen: if I do not have purple onions, I use tail onions, for example. I open the refrigerator and I see that I can cook. And in that way new tasty dishes like this ceviche emerge. I hope you like it!

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 300 grams tilapia fillet, cut into cubes
  • 100 grams mango, cut into small cubes
  • 100 grams green apple, cut into small cubes
  • 50 grams onion, cut into small cubes
  • 10 grams ground ginger , or grated natural
  • 1 serrano pepper, chopped, to taste
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste White pepper
  • 100 grams fresh coriander, chopped, to taste

Preparation

Marinade the fish with lemon juice, onion and salt for approximately 5 minutes.
Add the mango, the green apple, the ginger, the pepper, the cilantro, the olive oil and mix well.
Serve with toast and enjoy the taste!

PRESENTATION

Decorate with cilantro.
