Tuna Ceviche

This ceviche is another way to enjoy tuna; it is easy to make, delicious, economical, and nutritious. Ideal for those busy times, I love it and I'm sharing it with you.

  • 2 cans canned tuna in water
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, to taste
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 onions
  • lime juice, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 avocado

  • Drain the two cans of tuna in water and pour them into a plastic container.
  • Peel the 3 carrots and grate them raw, finely chop half an onion, all of the cucumber, and cilantro (previously disinfected), pour it into the container, and stir.
  • Once all the ingredients are mixed, squeeze the lemon juice to taste and add salt also to taste, then stir.
