This ceviche is another way to enjoy tuna, it is easy to make, delicious, economical, and nutritious. Ideal for those troubles, I love it, I share them.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 2 cans tuna in water
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, to taste
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 onions
  • lemon juice, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 avocado

Preparation

Drain the two cans of tuna in water and pour to a plastic refractory.
Peel the 3 carrots and grate them raw, finely chop the half onion, all the cucumber and cilantro (previously disinfected) pour it into the refractory and stir.
Once stirred all the ingredients squeeze the lemon juice that is to everyone's taste and put salt also to taste and stir.

TIPS

Serve on toast type casserole and garnish with avocado in segments.
