Delicious chipotle shrimp recipe. They have a touch of tequila to make them a bit more Mexican, and remember that you can adjust the amount of chipotle to make them a little less spicy.

800 grams shrimp
100 grams butter
1 cup fresh cream
1 onion
1 clove garlic
200 grams button mushrooms
180 grams Tequila
180 grams tomato purée
150 grams chipotle chile

Sauté the onion.
Add the garlic and chopped chipotle.
Add the tomato puree, Maggi sauce, and season with salt.
Add the tequila and a little water.
While the sauce is cooking, clean the shrimp, removing their shells and making a crosswise cut on the back of each one.
In a skillet, sauté the shrimp in butter.
Add the sliced mushrooms and coat them with the sauce.
Serve over a bed of white rice.
