  • 900 grams cod, desalting

  • Shred the cod. Set aside.
  • Finely chop the onion and garlic, then cook them with a little oil until they are translucent.
  • Add the parsley, basil, and mix for a few minutes.
  • Pour in the tomato purée, the chiles, capers, and olives to taste.
  • Add the potatoes and the cod. Mix thoroughly, lower the heat, and let it simmer for about ten minutes.
  • Season to taste.
