1 kilo clams
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon flour
1 glass white wine
extra virgin olive oils
parsley, chopped
1 cup tomato purée

Place the clams under running water to remove all the dirt and sand they may have.
Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves. Sauté in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
When it is about to sauté, add the flour and mix well until completely dissolved.
Add the clams, white wine, and tomato puree, and keep on the heat until the clams open.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
