2 kilos clams, small and white
1 onion, finely chopped
4 tablespoons parsley
4 tablespoons olive oil
pepper, to taste
garlic

Chop the onion and parsley.
Wash the clams and their shells very well; place them in a deep pot.
Pour in two cups of cold water, add the onion and garlic powder.
Add the parsley and olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the pot on the fire; cover and let it simmer on low heat until everything is tender and the sauce has reduced. Serve hot and enjoy.
