  • 1 onion, small chopped
  • 4 tablespoons parsley
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • Chop onion and parsley.
  • Wash the clams and their shell very well; arrange them in a deep saucepan.
  • Pour two cups of cold water, add the onion and garlic powder.
  • Add the parsley and the olive oil season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the pan on the fire; Cover and let boil with soft fire, until everything is smooth and the sauce has been consumed. Serve them hot and ready.
