2 kilos clams, white and small
1 onion, small chopped
4 tablespoons parsley
4 tablespoons olive oil
pepper, to taste

Chop onion and parsley.
Wash the clams and their shell very well; arrange them in a deep saucepan.
Pour two cups of cold water, add the onion and garlic powder.
Add the parsley and the olive oil season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the pan on the fire; Cover and let boil with soft fire, until everything is smooth and the sauce has been consumed. Serve them hot and ready.
